Nutritional Therapist

Ms. Karine Stephan enjoyed being a teacher for 10 years, working with people of all ages, from different social and cultural backgrounds. Shortly after the birth of her second child, she decided to pursue her passion for Nutritional Therapy.  She completed her 4 year training in  at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION),  training in the principles of Functional Medicine,  a personalised and integrative approach to healthcare. Karine is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and is also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. As knowledge of nutrition is constantly evolving,  Karine attends regular post graduate training, to keep up-to-date with new developments.

Karine came to this career after struggling with her own health; and as with many therapists this helps her understand her clients’ needs further as she combines her experience of being an educator, her knowledge of nutrition and a love of cooking good food.

Note that consultations can also be conducted in French.
